Growth Partner Program
Your Business. Your Budget. Your Growth Partner.
The Growth Partner Program gives you ongoing access to experienced website, SEO and online business expertise within a predictable monthly budget.
One Business. Lots of Moving Pieces.
Website needs attention. SEO needs improvement. Someone should really write that blog. Google Business Profile hasn’t been touched lately. Email marketing keeps getting postponed. Social media needs a plan. Someone on the team has an idea. Another person has a request. And the founder is paying various people to do various things without necessarily knowing how it all fits together, what should come first, or what it’s all costing.

The Growth Partner Program brings the pieces of your online business together.
You gain one ongoing relationship with someone who knows your business, helps set priorities, keeps things moving forward and works with you to make the most of a predictable monthly budget.

Have something else in mind? We can talk about whether it fits within your Growth Partner plan.
Together, we’ll carefully select the services and priorities that make the most sense for your business right now—and fit comfortably within your monthly budget. As your goals change, we can adjust the mix and keep your investment focused where it can make the greatest difference.
What about bigger projects? Your monthly Growth Partner work and larger projects are planned a little differently. Keep reading to see how we balance both.
How It Works
The Growth Partner Program creates a simple framework for working together over time—with clear priorities, a predictable monthly budget and enough flexibility to adapt as your business evolves.
1
Design Your Growth Partnership
We start by talking about your business, goals and the areas where you need ongoing help. Together, we’ll determine what makes sense for me to take on, how we’ll work together and which areas should become our initial priorities.
2
Set Your Monthly Budget
Choose a comfortable monthly investment based on the level of ongoing help your business needs. Your Growth Partner rate is $125/hour, giving us a clear budget and capacity to plan around each month. Then we put that budget to work, carefully selecting and prioritizing what we can realistically accomplish within it.
3
Work the Plan & Adjust When Needed
Your Growth Partner plan might include the same core activities every month, or the priorities may change as your business evolves. Either way, we work within the plan we’ve created together and adjust when something changes.
When a larger project, new priority or unexpected opportunity comes along, we’ll look at the available budget and capacity together and decide whether to include it, replace another priority, schedule it for later or approve it as additional project work.
Turn Your Monthly Budget Into Forward Momentum
Choose the size of the Growth Partnership that fits your business, priorities and budget. Your monthly investment reserves dedicated capacity at the preferred $125/hour Growth Partner rate, giving us the time and continuity to keep your priorities moving forward.
Here are some examples:
- 5 HOURS · $625/month
- 8 HOURS · $1,000/month
- 10 HOURS · $1,250/month
- 15 HOURS · $1,875/month
- 20 HOURS · $2,500/month
Not sure how many hours you need?
That’s okay. Figuring that out is part of my job.
Let's Design Your Growth Partnership
Think we might work well together? Tell me a little about your business, what you need help with and what you’re hoping to accomplish. I’ll take a look first to make sure your needs are a good match for the kind of work I do.
If it looks like a fit, we’ll book a Growth Partner Interview and dig into the details together—including your priorities, monthly budget and how much ongoing capacity makes sense.
From there, I’ll put together my recommendation for your Growth Partner plan.
Growth Partner FAQ
You don’t need to figure that out on your own—that’s part of designing your Growth Partnership.
During our Growth Partner Interview, we’ll look at the work you expect to repeat monthly, quarterly or throughout the year, along with your goals, priorities and budget. From there, I’ll recommend a starting level of monthly capacity and map out what we can reasonably accomplish within it.
And we’re not carving this into stone. As we work together, we’ll learn more about how long things actually take and what your business really needs. Regular check-ins help us stay in sync and adjust the plan when necessary.
Sometimes businesses have quieter months. Any unused capacity can roll forward for one additional month, giving us some flexibility to tackle a larger priority or busier workload next month.
After that additional month, unused capacity expires rather than accumulating indefinitely. This helps me protect the time I’ve reserved for your business while still giving your plan some breathing room.
We keep an eye on your monthly capacity and flag it when we’re approaching the amount we’ve planned.
From there, we can decide what makes the most sense: adjust our priorities, borrow some capacity from the following month, or approve additional work with a clear estimate of the expected investment.
We’ll define the regular areas of work covered by your Growth Partnership when we design your plan. Within those areas, priorities can change and evolve without requiring a new estimate every time we decide to do something differently.
Larger standalone initiatives—such as a substantial website build, new system setup, migration or other significant piece of work—may be treated as a separate project. If something crosses that line, I’ll flag it before we proceed and provide an estimated investment for approval.
The goal isn’t to turn every new idea into paperwork. It’s to keep us looking at your website, SEO, content, marketing and online systems as a connected ecosystem while making sure we’re both clear about the time and budget involved.
Absolutely. Some Growth Partnerships are built around predictable work that repeats every month. Others change as the business grows and new priorities emerge.
We’ll regularly look at what’s working, what’s coming next and whether we’re still putting your monthly investment in the right places.
Yes! In fact, this can be one of the biggest benefits of having a Growth Partner.
During onboarding, we’ll establish who I’ll work with regularly, who can request and approve work, and who needs to be kept informed about budgets or larger projects. That means your team can keep things moving without leaving the person paying the bills wondering, “Wait… when did we approve this?”
If our Growth Partnership includes work on your WordPress website, yes. An active Fun4business Website Protection Plan is required before I’ll work on the site.
Website Protection Plans are purchased separately and aren’t deducted from your Growth Partner hours or monthly investment.
Growth Partner plans are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel.
I want this to be an ongoing relationship because it’s valuable to your business—not because you’re trapped in a 12-month contract you regret signing.
Absolutely. On-demand work is available at our standard rate of $150/hour, subject to availability. See our WordPress Website Maintenance services.
Growth Partners receive the preferred $125/hour rate because they’re making an ongoing monthly commitment and reserving capacity in my schedule.
Your monthly Growth Partner investment covers my professional time within the plan we’ve designed together.
Additional expenses—such as Website Protection Plans, web hosting, email marketing software like MailerLite, other software subscriptions, printing, outsourced services or third-party vendor costs—are separate.
If I recommend something that will create an additional cost, I’ll let you know what it is and what it costs before we move ahead.
Absolutely! Calgary is home base, but I work remotely with businesses throughout Canada.
If you’re Canadian and think we’d work well together, please reach out.
Not quite. Before we can access your website or perform any work, new clients must complete our onboarding process, including signing an Online Services Agreement. This helps ensure everyone understands the scope of work, responsibilities, and expectations before a project begins.
