How Long We Keep Your Info
We regularly purge our email, contact and other records every two years. For on-going long-term client relationships, we continue to retain your contact information in order to continue to work with you.
Otherwise, if you have been in contact with Fun4business within two years, we will retain your information on file. If you have made a purchase from Fun4business, we will retain financial records of the transaction for a period of 7 years for Canadian income tax purposes.
We canvas email subscribers, with no activity, bi-yearly to confirm they would like to remain on the list. You may unsubscribe from Fun4business’ email list powered by MailPoet at any time and at your own discretion. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer be in receipt of mailing list email or campaigns.
