These terms and conditions govern booking appointments on the Fun4business website using our online booking system. By completing your purchase, you agree to these items.
Currency and Taxes
Rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and 7% GST is added to the total amount to all Canadian residents based on billing address.
Our chosen payment processor is Stripe. If you choose to keep your contact or card information on file, this is kept safe by Stripe and we do not have access to your information and therefore are not responsible for credit card data breaches. You can read more about Stripe’s legal terms here.
There are no refunds for paid strategy sessions. In the case of a cancellation, you are encouraged to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule up to 6 months from within the initial booking date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-hours minimum notice is required to cancel your appointment.
You can do so by logging into my online booking system and make the change to your appointment.
You can also give me a call at (403) 826-1286. I understand that emergencies sometimes pop up – so if you find yourself at the mercy of an emergency, and it is within the 24-hour cancellation window, give me a call.
Please reschedule at your convenience and within 6 months of the initial booking date.
Registering an Account
When you book your appointment with me, Allison Kessler, you will be required to create an account, including providing your full name, email address and a username. This is so that you can manage your appointments conveniently using my online booking system. Once you are officially a client, you will have access to a different set of appointments and special offers.
