These terms and conditions outline some of the conditions for working with us and using our website and associated systems. When you become a client, we will both sign a Creative Services Agreement to set out the terms of our client-contractor relationship.
Currency and Taxes
Canadian Clients: Rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and 7% GST is added to the total amount to all Canadian residents based on billing address. In the odd case you pay in USD, GST will be included in the price.
International Clients: Rates are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and you can pay by credit card using either Moneris or Freshbooks Stripe integrations (more info below).
Payment Methods & Processors
We accept payments by email e-transfer (auto-deposit is set up), as well as manual credit card processing through Moneris (call Allison with your number).
Our chosen online payment processor is Stripe. If you choose to pay be Stripe, you will have the option of storing your contact and card information on file. This is kept safe by Stripe and we do not have access to your information and therefore are not responsible for credit card data breaches. You can read more about Stripe’s legal terms here.
We use Freshbooks for our invoice and accounting software. Upon becoming our client, we enter your contact info into Freshbooks, including: name, email, and postal address. Upon request, you may pay your invoices directly through Freshbooks’ Stripe integration.
Website Power Hours / Strategy Sessions
We feature video conference calls as a service to kickoff new work and stay updated. Inquire within for details.
Terms and conditions about refunds is set out in our Creative Services Agreement.
In the case of a pre-paid work meeting cancellation – by phone or video conference – there are no refunds. You are encouraged to reschedule your appointment and you may reschedule up to 6 months from the initial booking date, with no penalties.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-hours minimum notice is appreciated to cancel your appointment. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, email or call Allison at (403) 826-1286. Emergencies sometimes pop up and we completely understand. We will do our best to accommodate you.
Please reschedule at your convenience and within 6 months of the initial booking date.
