Discovery
The first things we do is ask you a bunch of questions so that we know exactly what you want and need for your website. This initial discovery phase can take place in person, by video, phone or email. You can book your Discovery Call here.
Comprehensive Quote
We put a lot of work into our work estimates. Our quotes explain everything in easy to understand language. You can Request your Quote from us here.
Web Design Agreement & Deposit
Once you accept our quote, we will send you our Agreement and request a deposit to start work (usually 50%).
Project Management Plan
We map out the entire project using our favourite PM tool called Asana. You'll get a login so you can keep on top of the project - and your client to-do's as well!
Weekly Meetings
The secret to launching on time is our weekly client meetings. These weekly check-ins keep us accountable and on track. They give us a scheduled time to ask questions, problem solve and share screens.
Final Website Review, Testing & Approval
When the staging website is ready for launch, we'll do a final website review together and test everything. Part of testing is to view the website on multiple device sizes (from desktop to smartphone) to ensure everything's looking great.
Official Website Launch
Congratulations! You survived the website design process! It can take about 24-48 hours for your website launch process to be complete. Then it's time for your website launch party! Get out the champagne!
Post Launch Relationship
When your website is launched, we'll transition you to our website care plans, including website maintenance and WordPress Updates services. Launching your website is only the beginning and we're in it for the long haul. Are you?
