Project Overview
Like many businesses, when Bioenergetic by Design (“BioE”) came to us, they were using a homemade website that they were making work, but would not be robust enough to handle the ambitious additions they wanted. A full-on website redesign was recommended to improve the front-end design, back-end code, as well as overhaul the entire structure, content, and images.
At the heart of the redesign was strengthening the BioE branding and creating a branding guide that was carefully applied to all website elements. Allison at Fun4business worked closely with the client to overhaul the navigation system, re-write all of the content, and carefully select gorgeous photos, images and videos.
The Challenge
The bioenergetics™ industry is new, complex and multi-faceted. There are many technical terms that people will have never heard before, complicated by the fact that the processes and procedures are difficult to quantify and explain.
The hardest part of this project was reframing all of the copious amounts of text into simplified and easy to comprehend language. BioE’s future clients just needed a taste of what they do before signing up for an appointment, not an in-depth training.
We transferred the job of establishing professional credibility and likeability to the “feel” of the website. If people felt calmed and present with the website and enjoyed travelling from page to page to get to know the vibe and personality of this family-run business, that would be more effective than trying to explain technical concepts.
It was a beautiful team effort to create all of the new content for the new website!
The Result
This gorgeous new website exudes a beautiful and natural energy that stimulates the feeling of wellbeing. This feeling is exactly HOW BioE’s clients feel after working with the Mathews, or using any of their energy products and tools. It’s a synergistic success for facilitating a holistic customer journey experience for both new and established clients. We are honored to have had the opportunity to work on this project with the Mathews.
